Should I withdraw my funds if the vault says "retired"?

You should withdraw all funds out of the retired vaults as they no longer have any utility and you are exposing yourself to general smart contract risks for no potential gain. The retired vaults will not grant any yields and the team will not be supporting/upgrading them in any way.
